Shipping

We ship Australia-wide with tracked, discreet packaging. Orders are dispatched once your bank transfer or PayID payment has been received and confirmed. Most orders arrive within 2–6 business days depending on your location.

A minimum order value of $200 applies to all orders. We offer Standard shipping at $20 (3–6 business days) and Express shipping at $40 (1–3 business days). Standard shipping is free on all orders over $1,000.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation with payment instructions. Once payment clears, we prepare and ship your items and email you tracking details.

Returns & Faulty Items

For health and safety reasons, e-liquids and disposable products cannot be returned once opened. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
